Shipping & Returns policy

USA Delivery 

  • Orders are usually fulfilled within a day or two of order placement. Contact us for urgent deliveries in USA, we will try our best to help you. 

  • Standard (3-5 business days) via USPS Ground or USPS priority 

  • Express (2-3 days) vis UPS or FedEx 

  • Any orders placed over the weekend or during public bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. 

 

International Delivery (outside USA) 

  • Delivery is estimated 10-20 business days depending on destination. 

  • All international orders are shipped via tracked courier. 

  • International orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means import duties and taxes are not included in your order total. 

  • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. 

  • The recipient is responsible for any such charges. 

  • These fees are outside our control and vary by country. 

  • If a parcel is refused and returned to us, shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Returns 

  • For returns requests, please email us with your reason for return. Do not send goods without our prior consent. 

  • Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. They can be returned for exchange, credit or a full refund. The cost of returning any item is at the customer’s own expense. The only exception to this is if the item is faulty or was sent in error. 

  • Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you. 

  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded. 

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received.
